1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vybra Storefront ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using paid features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Vybra a license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses and Content (Acceptable Use Policy)

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

In addition, creators may not list, sell, distribute, link to, or otherwise monetize any of the following content or services through the Service. Doing so is strictly prohibited:

• Adult content and services: content containing nudity or sexually explicit acts, including subscriber-only nude imagery and adult audio or video chat or services.
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement: content that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights of Vybra or any third party.
• Copyright-infringing content: content you do not own or are not authorized to distribute, including pirated, leaked, or counterfeit media such as music albums, films, software, or e-books.
• Violent extremism and hate: content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, or hate speech toward any individual or group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.

7. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Repeat Violators

Any end user, rights holder, or other party may report content believed to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy using the report function available on each product, or by contacting us through our support channels, and may request its removal. We review reports and may remove, demonetize, disable, or restrict access to any content or storefront that violates these Terms, with or without notice.

We maintain a policy against repeat violators. Creators who repeatedly violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy are subject to escalating enforcement, including removal and demonetization of infringing content, suspension of payouts, and permanent termination of their account and access to the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vybra, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Terms of Service page.
